Days 1-7

Day 1:                   weight 208.5
Today's Food....
Lemon water for breakfast. 2 glaases  Purified water w freah squeezed lemon.

Breakf:
Bowl of watermelon
Cup of coffee

Lunch:
Avocado and handful pumpkin seeds

Dinner...avocado w/ onion, garlic, tomato &zucchini chips

Must admit....I ate 3 baby slices of organic mozzerella pizza that my daughter didn't want. Ooops...my bad... first day slip....still shooting for 100 raw/living.  Not falling backwards.  Living food is new for me.  Have to adjust.

Today ingested 1 CelestaNicole oil capsule and prayed and spoke declarations.

Exercised:
1. bodypump class (60 min. Weight lifting class)
2. Treadmill (walk/jog) I'm a beginner's beginner lol
